Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions are pretty easy to understand. So here are the basic fundamentals:
  1. We operate our business on a first come first served basis

  2. Orders placed through the order form will be reserved for the customer (subject to availability) before emails regarding enquiries / reservations of the same item

  3. Items sold are not exchangable or refundable; please purchase with caution and at your own risk

  4. Upon receiving the invoice, customers are required to make payment within a period of 3 working days. Failure to make payment will result the invoice being voided.

  5. Orders cannot be canceled after the order form has been submitted. In other words, no cancellations / back out buyers

  6. At the moment, we do not provide COD services to our customers

  7. Stated price of the items does not include shipping charges unless mentioned (please read below for more information)

  8. Pictures of the items despict the true colors of the item at its very best; accessories are not included unless stated

Payment


  1. Currently, we only accept payments to our Maybank account

  2. The payment shall be made to our Maybank account within a period of 3 working days after confirmation; the orders will canceled otherwise

Shipping


  1. Standard shipping fee via Pos Laju of RM6 (West Malaysia/Peninsular Malaysia) and RM8 (East Malaysia) for the first item. Pos Express is also provided upon request.
  2. Prices of shipping might vary depending on the weight and size of the bag.

  3. Items will be sent out on every Saturday except for the first Saturday of the month when we will send out before that in the week

  4. Just Bag It (Trendy Confessions) is not held responsible for any damages made by Pos Malaysia en route delivery. We are also not liable for any loss of parcel caused by Pos Malaysia

Return Policy
  1. If your purchase experience has been anything but pleasant, or the item you received is not in good condition, do send us an email and we will try to rectify the error.

  2. This policy only applies to items that has defects or damages, excluding any damage caused by Pos Malaysia en route delivery

  3. Just Bag It (Trendy Confessions) reserves the right to not make a refund if there is no evidence or reasoning to support it
